hi friends!!...I want to tell you about the importance of sport. I never has been a atletic girl, but I recognize that for have a healthy life, body needs practice any deportive activity...because when you practice a sport ..you are relaxing your body and mind. It would be perfect that every people will practice sports, but only a few are reasone. Practicing differents sport, you can improve your healthy, improve your metabolism, reduce the probability of heart´disease like infarcts, reduce problems of cholesterol, prevent obesity, and the most important relax no only your body, also your mind, forgetting the problems for a moment.
The impact that may sport have on a country's health is fantastic!...If every people in the future will practice a minimun physical activity, one day for week, for example dance, Jogging, walk ( no take locomotion)... healthy problems reduce incredibly in the world, but this is very difficult for now....
I would encourage to do more sport for children because is in childhood when the people acquires habits... if I teach to a child to dofunny gymnastics everydays, he learn that this is the correct, and also like something entertaining.
I don´t know if in the future we will have better sports people, because this depends of the motivation of each person. clearly the love for the sport can have a genetic factor, but mainly the passion for a deport or a physical activity borns of the own motivation.
Try to practice sport!!! Do it for you and for the others..!!!!
